Consulting Mastery includes two group-oriented programs: Business Core and Growth. Business Core is currently available and helps independent consultants clarify their Focus, Ideal Client, and Service Offering. Growth will be available later this year and will focus on building awareness, trusted relationships, engagement, and delivery.
Self Study Courses and Educational Workshops
Other people prefer to work on their own at their own pace by taking a self-study course or join limited topic workshops.
One-on-One Consulting and Advising
And still others find one-on-one advising and mentoring is the right approach for them. However, I only work with a handful of clients at a time so space is limited.
