LAD Enterprizes, Inc..(Laura’s Consulting Guide) takes privacy seriously. We have taken measures and developed policies to diligently safeguard the personal information you have provided. 

Marketing of Data

We don't sell your information. We do not share information outside of Laura’s Consulting Guide (LAD Enterprizes, Inc.) unless required by law. This means we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information to third parties. 

Your information is confidential. Our employees and the companies we contract with sign a nondisclosure agreement and are required to hold personal information in the strictest confidence. 

Collection of Data

We collect limited personal data and no sensitive personal data. We request limited personal information about you such as name (required), address (required), email address (required), company, and telephone number.  Required information requested is collected to provide you service and comply with legal requirements. 

We do not collect credit card data or other sensitive personal information. Customers are automatically directed to a third-party processor that is PCI DSSI 3.2 Compliant for processing of their order. As of September 23, 2017, our preferred payment processor is Stripe (thestripe.com). 

We collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) data. This data is collected by analyzing usage, feedback forms, anonymous surveys, and web analysis tools. This information is aggregated and used to help us improve the website and the service we provide to you. 

We protect and secure your information. We selected Thinkific, Inc (thinikific.com) to host Laura’s Consulting Guide’s courses. All Thinkific course sites are covered by an SSL certificate and Thinkific takes security as seriously as we do. They maintain strict security over the storage of your personal data and store no sensitive personal data such as credit card number in their databases. 

Servicing Minors

We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If the person is under the age of 18, they may use the website with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn of a child under 13 using the website, we will delete the information unless we have received parental consent. 

Privacy Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 23, 2017. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a notice to your email address specified in your account or by placing a notice on our site. Significant changes go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. Your use of this site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
