The more I worked with independent consultants the more I noted those that progressed the fastest were professionals that were interested in understanding the big picture, the overall strategy. They wanted to ensure they were making the right decisions for them or at least the right decision for them at that time. I went searching for ways to help them, only to discover bits and pieces and tactical steps to follow, but the reasons behind the actions or how one decision impacted another simply was not there. And that was not acceptable to me. What resulted was the creation of the Consultant's Blueprint and this related program, a program that enables people to work at their own pace but also provides the much need support so that they are not going it alone.

Some consultants have completed the course material within 3 months while others have taken 6 or more months to complete the course material. This program is flexible enabling you to follow your plan and work at your own own pace, a pace that fits their schedule and comfort level. With life time access to the material, you are in the position to continually revisit the material and many consultants do just that.
Yes and No. The program is based on the Consultant's Blueprint and is sequential starting with you working on your Business Core because your Focus, Ideal Client, and Point of View drive so many of your decisions and actions. When you sign-up for the program, you perform an assessment. The assessment is a starting point and used by us to develop a unique plan for you. Additionally, life happens. The program is designed to be flexible so that your next steps can be adjust as you continue to build your business as you work with clients.
The material is quite robust but I do understand where a person might need additional assistance. That is why there is a topic discussion every week, a weekly clinic, and a Community Group. If you still additional help, you can send me an email and let's talk. My aim is to help you succeed and I do my best to help you do just that.
You can ask questions about anything that is related to the material in Consulting Mastery program. This includes messages about validating your ideal client's interest in your focus, finding your ideal client, connecting with potential client challenges, a tough client situation, client objections, pricing your services, being ghosted, saying No, managing your time struggles, and much more. Questions about legal structures, professional liability insurance, or tax liabilities are not discussed. I recommend you connect with a professional service provider who is an expert in that particular area.
